We are the premiere sausage maker in Redding. All ingredients and seasonings added are individual and not out of a package with a bunch of fillers and names you can't pronounce. We use fresh basil, parsley, garlic, Romano, Asiago and Parmesan, onions, and many other fresh ingredients. We purchase the meat for our products locally from a federally inspected butcher. Our sausage is made locally in a commercial kitchen to which Nonna has personally given her stamp of approval.
