The story of Furnari Sausage Company started in 2007, with founder Joe Furnari and his desire to produce freshly sourced and handcrafted Italian sausage for the local Redding community. After 15 years, the company now offers more than 40 delicious products. Joe's nephew, Donny Dichirico, took over the company in 2023.
Furnari Sausage Company has always been known for our outstanding quality and flavor. We are committed to the production of premium, handcrafted products, and to that end we use only the healthiest, freshest, most local ingredients available.
We are also committed to partnering with our local community through participation in community fundraising and development. Our products are used by local caterers and featured on the menus of many local restaurants. You can also find us at the Saturday Farmer’s Market in Redding.
